TIREEEED

It's 12:14AM.

What exactly am I doing with my life?

I have school tomorrow too.

Dunno. I just... Can't sleep.

*Shrugs Mentally*

I don't even know why the human brain just enjoys thinking so much. Actually, I wouldn't say enjoy. But still, we wander to our thoughts more than often. Well at least... I do.

Maybe I'm just weirrrrd. o.o

Ugh.

But going back on thoughts...

I have the weirdest thoughts.
Ever.
Like I can just literally stay in the same place for two hours (that's what I've been doing right now) thinking about different things, and no repeated stuff either. I think about absolutely everything. I found myself thinking about a pencil. I closed my eyes and pretended I was outside looking at the clouds. I imagine many different scenarios in my head......

I'm not even going to get started on that.

My definition of SLEEP:

Everyone wants it but doesn't realize when they get it.
You hate it when you're little, but yearn for it more and more as you're growing older and older.
No. I'm not talking about love.
I'm talking about SLEEP.

Thank you if you are reading this, it's just a little something to help me sleep. (I doubt that's gonna happen but....)

It's 12:28AM.

I have school tomorrow.

*CUE MAJOR PANIC ATTACK*

Can Anyone Solve This?

So... I have to admit this is not my usual sort of blog post. Who blogs about Math? Not me. Because I hate it. But... Here I am doing exactly that. :)

So here's the deal. My math teacher gave us a puzzle pattern to solve, and we have to find the rule. It took me days to figure it out, but I finally did and now I want to see if you guys can.
Here's the pattern:
1
11
21
1211
111221
312211
13112221
1113213211
31131211131221

Now what's the pattern rule?

If you think you know the answer, comment below! And if you don't want to ruin it for yourself, then don't click the blog post permalink until you're sure you want to comment! :D I don't even care if you just noticed something or not! :D

I'm so excited to see everyone's ideas lol.

End of that Road ~ Short and Simple

I want to go somewhere.
With you.
It doesn't matter where, as long as I'm with you.
We can drive through the around the mountains, beside the sea.
Breathe in the cool air, watch the sun set and rise.
Get away from everyone.
Except for you.
And maybe one day,
we'll reach the very end of that road.

PS. Yes, the second part of Rain (I don't know if that's what I should name it) is coming soon! I'm in the middle of writing.

Rain ~ Letting it go. {An ISS}

I am walking down the almost - empty street of my city. It is 10:00PM. It is raining. I can't help but laugh a cold, bitter smile at myself. Of course. Doesn't it always rain in the movies when the main character is thinking about his or her mistakes? That is what I am doing. Because I have made too many mistakes.

I open up my umbrella, but it doesn't do too much. The rain is blowing onto me, it has nothing to do with blocking the drops of water at the top. I don't care. I let it wash me. It gets on my face and into my eyes. My clothes are wet and I will get a cold later.

But I don't care.

It feels as if I am being renewed. I am standing in the middle of the street, only a few cars are coming by and they all make sure to switch on a different lane. I get a lot of weird looks from bypassers, obviously because I am out late at night and standing in the street.

But I. Don't. Care.

I don't care what people say or think about me now. I don't care about them anymore. From now on, I will live for myself only. I won't make any more stupid mistakes. I won't let them laugh at me.

My hand holding the umbrella drops to my side. I am completely soaked, the rain washing away everything.

The pain. The past. My pain. My past.

And here I am.

Letting it go.

-----------

Woah. Where did I get the inspiration to write this?
I don't know.
I like it though.
:)
(Also because a lot of you guys have been voting for Inspired Short Stories).

A Little Break

I'm sure everyone has noticed what a terrible blogger I've been recently.
I just.... don't feel like it.
Anyone dig me? (Sorry, our class just read The Outsiders, and I'm kind of using hood talk.)
Even with school over (CAN I GET A BIG WHOOP) I still just... I don't feel like it.
It's not like I have no time or anything.
I'm quite a person with no life right now, you see.
I just don't feel like it.
And when I don't feel like it, my posts are kind of sucky.
o.O
I will be going to the US again, maybe I'll post some there. :D
*Crosses Fingers*

Thanks for understanding, my fellow readers/commenters/followers.

Let it Flow #2

Well, well, well. Look at who hasn't been on their blog for ages? By ages I mean almost a month. *Shudders* Such a long period of time. I can't believe I abandoned you guys for so long.

My dramatic side aside, IT'S MY BIRTHDAY TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Getting older feels different, but I feel the same. Is that weird? Yeah, I think it's weird. Time really flies by, and I'm always so surprised by it. I still feel like I'm in kindergarten (maybe because I act like it sometimes,) and looking up to the older kids. But now I'm the older kid, looking down at the kindergartens.  Time is something really amazing and annoying. It really does fly by while you're having a great time, and it slows down when you're in class listening to a boring lecture.

2. THE ONE IS OUT.

Can everyone please stop and just wait a few seconds for this amazing piece of news to sink in? Thank you.

3. Writer's block.

It's non-existent. I was reading another blog post that I found when surfing the web, and it made a point that I agreed to reluctantly. It is non-existent. It's just something that writer's say when they don't want to write, or are too lazy. Because you might not be able to write something good and juicy, but you can still write. Sometimes I just force myself to write (like in NaNoWriMo), and after the first few terrible sentences, the words start flowing and making more sense. So whenever you want to write but cant think of anything, just write. Anything is okay. Try your best, it may be terrible, but it's still better than not writing.

This is a terrible conclusion. Um. Blog post, DONE! :D

Starring: The Numbered Society. Chapter Two

Before we start.
THANK YOU FOR THE COMMENTS I'M LIKE ASDFGHJKL SO I'M REWARDING ALL OF YOU WITH ANOTHER CHAPTER. THANK YOU.

Chapter Two

“Who in the crazy world are you and what just happened?” Melanie asked, throwing her arms up into the air.
The man, otherwise known as Jonathan, rolled his eyes. He could tell this one would be difficult. “My name is Jonathan, and obviously, I just saved you from being mugged and possibly murdered. This is the thanks I get?”
“Well, I’m sorry, Jon. Thanks. How did you know what was going to happen?”
Jonathan smiled to himself.
If only she knew.

Jonathan had sensed it.

He had woken up with a headache in the morning, and before him, the scenery had changed. He was behind a white van, where two men in black were jumping in. Something flashed and caught his eye. The sun was reflecting on the metal, and for human eyes it would’ve been so blinding that they would’ve looked away. Jon didn’t. After all, he wasn’t human. He saw a girl being dragged out, unconscious with the metal knife close to her neck.
Then, throughout the whole day, his head had been full with these visions, of the same thing. A white van, two men, a knife, and the girl. He knew he’d had to do something, otherwise the vision type thing would not have happened.

Curious of who Jon is? Here’s your answer.

  Jon is an alien.

There, it’s out there. He is an alien who came from the star Aldebaran, as humans call it, about 65 light years away. Three hundred years ago, the living beings on that star have been so curious of earth just like we are of other planets, and since they actually had the technology and skill to build an UFO, may he say harshly, unlike humans, came to earth. Needless to say, you’d probably agree with Jon on that one. Three hundred years ago, what were we doing? Inventing phones? Not even. Electric telegraphs. Yes, that’s what we’re doing. Pretty sucky compared to an UFO, right?

Anyway. I really need to work on not getting sidetracked while telling stories. Jon’s been stuck here for three hundred years. Never growing old, staying his hot, young self, because of the huge time differences between Earth and Aldebaran. Every day on Earth is a minute on Aldebaran. So technically…. Jon’s only lived on earth for 109500 minutes. He did the math and everything.

Jon can hear, see, and move eight times more than the average human. He can teleport, move things indirectly (or as little kids would say ‘The Force’), was able to stop time and just walk around like nothing happened, invisibility, and he could heal really fast. On his planet he was average. Normal. That changed a whole lot here.

But of course, Melanie doesn’t know that. She just sat on Jon’s comfy couch, positioning herself in a I’m-currently-very-serious way.

“So? Are you going to answer or what? Am I going to have to repeat myself? Hello? Are you deaf or something?” Melanie asked, clearly oblivious to the fact that Jon can hear eight times well than she can.

“Yes, Melanie. I'm going to answer. You don’t have to repeat yourself. Hi. No, I'm not deaf.”

“Gee thanks, but it looks like you still haven’t answered my question,” Melanie retorted, sass starting to show in her voice.

“I didn't know what was going to happen,” Jon lied. “I saw you, and I saw two men. I saw a knife. So I decided to help out.”

“Okay…” Melanie said. She opened her mouth and was about to say something else, but at the same time, her phone rang.

“Hello? Sam? What’s happening?” She answered to the panicking voice, she too, becoming a mixture of scared and nervous.

“Mel, I don’t know what’s happening,” came the whisper of Sam. If you were the one answering the phone, that whisper would’ve sent shivers down your spine. He sounded like he was on the rim of dying. “I’ve been taken here, to some weird agency, I think. There are people wearing purple and black clothes, here. They might be one of those weird clubs. The two men dressed in black got hit, just like me, because they failed to bring you back.”

“An agency? You were hit? Why did they want to bring me back?” Melanie asked. People dressed in purple and black sounded so familiar to her. She closed her eyes and forced herself to think about it, if there was any way to save Sam. And Grace. Nothing. Nothing… except for a sensation of a great impact hitting her and a huge feeling of pain. She quickly opened her eyes up again, and shook all of those weird, strange memories away. Then, it was like as if nothing happened, she forgot it all, as she started paying attention to what Sam was saying again.

“Listen, Melanie. Both me and Grace are going to die. It’s been decided by the Officials, I think. I just called to make sure you were safe, don’t worry about us, and I have no idea why they wanted you. Just stay safe, and - “

“Hey! No phones, give ‘er ta me, or ya gonna get beat again,” A growl sounded on the other line. A series of beeps sounded. Sam had hung up.

Melanie just sat there, her hand slowly losing grip on her phone. Her phone slipped out of her hand onto the ground, but she didn’t care. She couldn’t move. She couldn’t process what had just happened. In the phone, the growl had said ‘beat again.’ That meant Sam had been beaten up already. He was about to die. But yet, all she could do, was just sit here and wait for the news of their death.

Nothing had ever happened like this before. She was always guarded by the best security all of her life. The one time they weren't, this had to happen.

She breathed a loud, shaky sigh. Jon, even though he was sitting two meters away from her, had heard the entire conversation. He was not as shocked. After living for three hundred years, he had heard about as many murders and kills as the meals you’ve eaten to this day. He rose up and plopped himself on another chair, one that was faced toward a perfect view of the sky. At night, if he sat there he could see his home. His planet.

Melanie, stood up furiously and glared at him. “Excuse me, what do you think you’re doing?”

Jon rolled his eyes, sighed and turned around. “I am relaxing. Is there a problem?”

Melanie glared even harder, if that was possible. “Is there a problem? UM YEAH! My agent and make-up artist, who I have been with for ten years, are about to be killed. Should you be relaxing? Hell NO. You, are supposed to be asking me why I'm so shocked, and after you hear why, offer to drive there to save them.”

“Why should I? I don’t even know you. I just happened to be walking by, and saved you. That shouldn't mean I'm obliged to help your other friends also,” came the cold reply. You see, Jon wanted nothing to do with humans. He thought that life should go the way it was meant to be, without any interruption from a supernatural being. If humans knew that Jon had powers, he was afraid that they’d start to rely on him. He didn't want that. He didn't want to ruin the life they had planned ahead of them.

“Why should you?” At this point, Melanie was starting to believe that Jon must be the most cold hearted person alive. “The same reason why you wanted to save me. I can’t live without them. Those two have been with me for ten years in my acting career,  they’re two of my bestest friends. Her shouting had decreased in to a whisper. A sad, lonely whisper. “I don’t know what I’d do without them,” she said, choking on the words. A stray tear fell out, as Melanie quickly brushed it away. She didn't want Jon to think that she was vulnerable.

Jon decided not to comment about how bestest wasn't a word. Instead, to Melanie's surprise, Jon stood up and walked over. “Grab your coat. I got the car keys.” He said, wiping another tear from Melanie’s eyes.

Melanie quickly gathered her things, and opened the door. A surprise was there. She screamed. Jon rushed over, just barely controlling the urge to use his super speed.

Grace was standing at the doorway, covered in blood, looking exhausted.

~*~*~*~

OOOOOOH.
I'm not gonna tell you what's happening next.
Guess who finally found the right title? (I think?)
It's called Starring: The Numbered Society.
Because Jon is from a star, while Melanie is a star, and the last part is for you lovely people to figure out. Soon.
Promise.

Camp NaNo Novel Chapter One

Hey!! Thanks everyone for all of those super super super nice comments on my prologue, I decided to post Chapter One, and maybe the rest! :D Tell me if you liked it please! (And I apologize for the whole copy paste posting going on lately, I'm so busy! o.O But I promise I'll post something original soon!)

Chapter One.

“Tori, please,” Craig said, holding on to her arm.

“Listen, Craig. A second chance is not anywhere near your future with me. You had a chance, and you screwed it up.” she growled, tearing her arm apart from Craig’s strong grip.

“You don’t understand. I was forced to! You know I wouldn’t hurt you, I would never! He promised me it wouldn’t hurt you, and I believed it. I didn’t know it would turn out like this. Listen, after I make you understand, I’m going to confront him.”
Her bitter laugh sounded, a signal of warning to his ears. “After you make me understand? Craig, you don’t seem to understand. I don’t care about your stupid excuses, I’ve heard enough of them before. How about you skip making me understand, and go confront him? Not that I care. For the last time, we’re done.”

And with that, she left, leaving Craig absolutely speechless.
“CUT!”
Melanie sighed, a sigh of happiness. The full day of acting was finally over.

A murmur of thank you began sounding, Melanie contributing to them.
“Great job, Mark and Melanie. Wonderful actually. We got the whole scene down in two takes. You two are probably the most talented actors I’ve ever worked with.
“Thank you, and we’re probably no where close. We’ll continue working hard!” Melanie responded, being as polite as possible. This was something that an actress had to have, otherwise the director would probably hate you forever, and you would never be invited to act in one of their movies or TV shows, ever.
Mark nodded, agreeing with Melanie. “Yes, thanks.” Ah. See, Mark, as the less experienced, was still having trouble balancing the politeness part. His response was less likely to make the director happy.
Call it kissing up… That’s kind of true. But that’s basically what they had to do in order to make a living. And let me tell you, Melanie is not as polite as she seems to be. So it seems… Nowhere close.
Read on. There’s proof.
Once the director was out of view, her agent and makeup artist rushed up, each carrying something to present to Melanie.
“Coffee! Sunglasses!” They said at the same time, handing it over. Melanie took the sunglasses first. It had turned into a routine.
“Thank you, honeys. The bright sun is so terrible on my complexion, and I’ve been so out of it. It took basically all of my energy to film that last scene,” Melanie said dramatically, while smiling sweetly. Even though that smile made every product she advertised get bought a thousand times faster, Sam and Grace personally thought it was a bit… nauseating.
Obviously, that was nowhere near the case. There was barely any sun out, it was clouds everywhere and it was going to rain. And she just had a cup of coffee before doing that scene.
But of course, her two followers just nodded and agreed. Because what else could they do? Say ‘Um, you just had coffee half an hour before, and you still say you need more? I just think you’re addicted’ and get fired? Of course not. Grace and Sam were too smart to do that.
No, they just led Melanie into the car, wordless as Sam plopped himself on the drivers seat. With a loud vroom from the engine, they were heading back home.
Melanie opened up her window and let the wind blow into her hair. For a reason she never knew, the wind in her hair always felt like she was running, free and wild. Being herself, the true side of herself, the one that no one knew.
  “Hey! It’s Melanie Milne!”

“Isn’t that the star of the top TV series Magic and Trouble?”

“Melanie! Can I have your signature?”

She sighed. She really got tired of dealing with fans. But quickly, she composed herself. She waved and smiled at anyone who was passing by. Sam, who had heard the commotion, had slowed the car down so they were going bicycle speed now. She blew one last kiss at the gathering crowd and drew the window back up.

“Alright Sam, get the move on.” She commanded, and rested her head against her hand. She never really understood being famous. Being famous meant that you had fans all over, paparazzi mobbing you everywhere you went. But Melanie, unlike the other stars, had always asked why. She was just someone who could act. Who could transform herself into someone else because she was too tired to be herself. She was a person. Like everyone else. She closed her eyes, trying to relax. After all, she was a huge star, and she needed to keep her beauty by resting.
The car screeched to a stop, the door opened, and two guys dressed in black came in. Of course, Melanie didn’t notice anything until too late.

She opened her eyes to see Grace having her hands tied at her back, her eyes wide and speechless, and hearing Sam’s muffled scream.

Melanie panicked. She reached for her phone, but then she felt a hand suffocating her. Or at least, trying to make it seem like she was suffocating. He actually left an airhole at the crack of his fingers for her to breathe in.
“Shh.” The man whispered. “I’m getting you out of here.”

My Camp NaNoWriMo Book

Prologue

She’s running. Where? She doesn't know. She just wants to get out of there. Out of that place. It’s full of her worst memories, the ones she never wants to keep. She’s running for her life.
People call from behind, asking her to come back. Or rather, forcing her to come back. But she’s had enough. She runs, and doesn’t look back.
Before when she was forced to run around the court, she would be exhausted at the end of only one lap. Not this time. She was full with joy. She was doing exactly what she’d always wanted to do, what she’d always wished for.
Running, and breaking free.
What she doesn’t know is that there is something lurking around the corner. Her mind is still fresh with the feeling of freedom – Something she’s never experienced before.
She turns, trying to get the people screaming and running after her to go away. But at the same time, too late to turn back, a truck is rumbling down high speed down the road.
She is stuck in the middle. She sprints forward, trying to make it before the truck hits her, but her entire left side crashes in with the truck as she hears it try to screech into a stop.
Everything turns black.

Sunday Scripture #1

So, I have this new blogging sequence that I'm going to be really proud of.
It is called. SUNDAY SCRIPTURE.
And, as the title suggests, I post only on SUNDAYS.
Also, as the title suggests, I post a verse of the Bible. :)

Here's the first:

So I tell you: Ask, and it will be given to you, seek, and you will find, knock, and the door will be opened for you.      Luke 11:9, NET.

We ask ourselves, what is "it" in this sentence? Later, in Luke 11:13, it gives us the answer.

If you, then, although you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!"     Luke 11:13, NET.

You see? Lately I've been wandering away from God's path for me to the lures of human nature and flesh. I had no idea how to get back on track with the Lord, but after this Bible study I did at church today suddenly things became clearer. I ask. It's as simple as that. I communicate with the Lord, tell him that I want the Holy Spirit in me again, and it will happen. You ask, you seek, and you knock. And then BAM! Bob's your uncle. As it said in the verse above, the heavenly Father will be more than willing to give us the Holy Spirit.

Tonight I'm going to pray, and ask God to help me get back along my path that He planned for me. Because as far as I know, I might as well have done a U turn and I'm going backwards to where I started. I don't want that. But without God, I can't help but have that, because I'm human and Satan and sin is more powerful than me. Without God, I can't resist the temptation of sinning and going back on God. But that's going to change. I'm going to pray for God to turn my back around, and force me in the way I need to go, which is closer with Him, and away from Satan.

First Day of Spring!!! {My Favorite Season}

Flower Photography - Pink Tulips Photograph Award Winning Photograph 8 x 10 Boston Public Gardens Photograph.

Spring.
Walk outside, and breathe, breathe the new air.
The air has been renewed.
A new feeling is in it.
It's crisp and freshness reminds me of
an apple pie straight from the oven.

Spring is here.

Then, inspect, inspect the stylish outfits on the street.
Mits, scarves, hats, and big puffy coats no longer
wrap around like vines on people.
The un-bulkyness of the people
makes them seem like they've lost a million of pounds.

Spring is here.

If you look close, close enough,
you can see the bright green buds on the trees.
They are bursting to grow, just give them a few days.
In a few days, the lonely bark
will be full with new leaves.

Spring is here.

Now, bend down, down to inspect the ground.
Green strands, poking furiously
to get through the dark, rich soil.
From far away, they look like the nails in a bed.
The tips of grass looking like the sharp, painful nails.

Spring is here.

After you look with wide eyes at the new surroundings,
ignore the vibe of excitement buzzing in the pit of your stomach.
Relax and calm down.
Breathe in the scent of the rebirth
of the world.
And say to yourself,

Spring.
Is.
Here.
